3 Meet Keisha West Executive Sous Chef We take delicious, fun, and unique food very seriously here at the Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay. Since arriving here just a few months ago, she has already demonstrated her passion and talent for bringing creativity and fresh flavor to our tables. She won the Good Taste Series Northeast Regional Competition for Hyatt Hotels and Resorts for Rising Stars in the Culinary field and will travel to Grand Hyatt Baha Mar in the Bahamas to compete in the Finals for the Americas! At this year’s Taste of Cambridge, she took home both the Judges Award for “Crab Specialty” and the People’s Choice Award for “Best in Show” with her amazing spiced crab and corn fritter with a cilantro lime aioli.
